WOOOOWWW Again first Kim Kardashian 72 days, Kobe Bryant 10 year marriage, now "Primetime" Deion Sanders has joined the soon to be divorce family after being married for 12 years. Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders released a statement Saturday to say that he and his wife of 12 years are getting a divorce.
Sanders, 44, and his wife, Pilar Biggers-Sanders, were married in 1999 and have three children together. Sanders said in a statement, "Pilar and I have decided to end our marriage and move on to the next phase of our individual lives with mutual respect.
"We are friends and our top priority has and will continue to be the well-being of our children," Sanders added in the statement. "We arrived at this decision prayerfully and carefully in order to be able to pursue what is in both of our best personal interests."
This was Sanders' second marriage. He was previously married to Carolyn Chambers and has two children from that relationship.
